The picture is so cute, and the text I think was a good font and placed well.
What others me is the technique on how you colored it. Not only are some shading on some Pokemon confusing of where the light source is, but it's a little big too simple. It looks like you used overlay setters, maybe dodge, and some gradient maps. I could be wrong, though. I think it would be cool to see you use some other int he shading. If you like using layer settings, you could shade with a solid purple and then set it to "overlay" or "normal" and lower the opacity. The background looks good, I like the colors in the shades much more than the coloring technique when coloring the Pokemon.
Other than the coloring technique, I think you did a great job with then anatomy of the Pokemon and the line art looks neat. Zorua could use a darker otuline color, seeing the brown outline is lighter and warmer than the fur color.
